If your website is not online then please
contact us below. Use this quick checklist to identify
and quickly solve the problem.
Reasons why your site may not be
online.
Account not created in Cpanel.
Do you have a username and password for your hosting
account? If not you will need to Create the account in
your Cpanel control panel. Click here
Adding new domains If you are a new hosting
customer setting up your first domain with isphost.org
this has already been done for you.
Domain name expired. Domain
names expire every year unless you've extended your
registration at your domain registry.
Click
here to do a whois check to see if your domain name
is expired. Renewing your domain name if it is expired
will bring it back online quickly.
Nameservers not set correctly.
Make sure your nameservers are set correctly. When you
ordered web hosting we sent you hosting information
which included nameservers to set your domain name at
your registrar. Do a whois check

here to make sure your nameservers are the same as
the ones sent when you signed up for hosting. Every
time you add a new domain with the Create new account
feature you are issued nameservers in the success
page. Nameservers look like this

Nameservers tell your domain name
what server to point at. Changing your nameservers can
take 24 hours to settle and work online.
No website uploaded. If your
domain name is working and your hosting account created
you may see a white page with the word index at the
top. This page is displayed because you have not
uploaded your index.html page to the public_html
directory. The home page of your site should be named
index.html and it is found when your domain name is
entered in a web browser. Seeing that white page tells
you your domain name is working. And your site is online
waiting for you to upload your web pages.

24 hours after setting your nameservers correctly and
having the account created please notify us
